Position: Care Worker
Salary: £12.21 – £14.00 per hour
Job Type: Permanent | Full-time | Part-time
Work location: Kettering, Northamptonshire

Your Role Will Include:
- Provide personal care and support to individuals in their homes or residential settings
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medication according to care plans and prescriptions
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when required
- Carry out light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and laundry
- Accompany clients to appointments and social outings
- Monitor and report changes in physical or mental health
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance wellbeing
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous care experience preferred (training provided)
- Compassionate, patient, and supportive attitude
- Strong communication skills with clients and families
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions
- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year home care experience (required)
- English language proficiency (required)
- Valid UK driving licence (required)
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Ability to commute or relocate to Kettering NN16
