Position: Night Care Worker
Salary: £29,540 – £33,699 per year

Your Role Will Include:
- Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people during night hours
- Engage positively with young people and their families to meet care needs overnight
- Deliver care in residential homes, family homes, or community settings
- Act as a positive role model, offering reassurance, guidance, and emotional support
- Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and emotional needs of young people are met throughout the night
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with day staff and managers
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or willingness to achieve within 18 months
- Experience working with children and young people
- Caring, compassionate, and positive attitude
- Ability to work a 7-day shift rota, including weekends
- Enhanced DBS clearance (and overseas police clearance where applicable)
- Full, valid UK driving licence
- Ability to meet UK right-to-work requirements
