As we continue to expand our product portfolio and commercial operations, we are seeking a Product Development & Commercial Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

Your Role Will Include:
- Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap, driving innovation and lifecycle management.
- Lead product costing, pricing and margin improvement initiatives.
- Ensure designs are manufacturable, efficient and commercially viable.
- Oversee product development teams, implementing measurable KPIs and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with suppliers and builders to develop new materials, designs and technologies.
- Lead SKU rationalisation and speed-to-market improvements.
- Drive the commercialisation of new products through effective marketing and sales enablement.
- Report directly to the COO as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team.
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years’ experience in product development, commercial management or innovation leadership.
- Strong financial acumen and P&L accountability.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional or multi-site teams.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, or prefab/modular systems.
- Experience managing supplier partnerships and new product launches.
- A track record of delivering profitable growth, efficiency improvements, and product excellence.
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Industrial Design, or Business highly regarded.
