Your Role Will Include:
- Deliver nursing and care services within the home in line with individual care plans, policies, and procedures.
- ‎Supervise staff on duty to ensure high-quality care delivery.
- ‎Support residents’ physical and mental wellbeing, respecting their rights, identity, and independence.
What We’re Looking For:
- Registered RGN/RMN/RNLD with an active PIN.
- ‎Professional, diligent, empathic, and reliable work ethos.
- ‎Previous care home experience desirable.
- ‎Commitment to a person-centred approach and high professional standards.
- ‎Successful applicants will undergo an enhanced criminal record check.
