We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Customer Account Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a Virtual Customer Account Advisor, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients through various communication channels.

Position: Virtual Customer Account Advisor
Salary: $5K – $6K per hour

Your Role Will Include:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage and update customer account information accurately using data entry skills
- Provide comprehensive client support by resolving issues related to billing, services, or account details
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or promote additional services when appropriate
- Assist customers with product or service questions, demonstrating strong product knowledge
- Handle cash transactions securely when applicable
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions within CRM systems
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting purposes
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and suggest improvements for service delivery
What We’re Looking For:
A candidate with
- Proven experience in customer support, call center operations, or client services is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently with good typing speed
- Experience with outbound calling and sales techniques is advantageous
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures is desirable
- Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and resolve issues effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Call center experience or previous roles involving customer service are highly regarded
