Our focus is on delivering safe, person-centred, and recovery-driven mental health support within a professional and nurturing environment. For qualified candidates already in the UK, we also offer Tier 2 sponsorship for employer transitions.

Your Role Will Include:
- Provide exceptional mental health nursing care in line with personalised care plans
- ‎Administer psychotropic medications and treatments safely
- ‎Complete and maintain accurate mental health documentation, assessments, and risk evaluations
- ‎Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and wider MDT staff
- ‎Conduct thorough mental health assessments and monitor residents’ well-being
- ‎Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment
- ‎Communicate effectively with residents and families using person-centred, recovery-focused approaches
- ‎Lead and support junior staff while modelling excellent mental health nursing practice
What We’re Looking For:
- Active NMC registration with a valid RMN PIN
- ‎Experience working in care homes, psychiatric units, or similar mental health settings
- ‎Strong mental health clinical skills aligned with evidence-based practice
- ‎Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ‎A compassionate, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented approach to care
- ‎Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- ‎Must currently be in the UK, working as an RMN in a Nursing Home, and on a Health & Care Visa
- ‎Eligibility for Tier 2 sponsorship
