Position: Web Design Professional

Salary: £24,420 – £43,800 per year

Job Type: Full-time

Your Role Will Include:

• Designing responsive, visually engaging websites and landing pages
• Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Developing and maintaining WordPress or other CMS-based websites
• Ensuring websites are optimised for UX, SEO, and performance
• Collaborating with clients to understand business needs
• Maintaining brand consistency and professional standards
• Supporting ongoing website maintenance and updates
• Working closely with management to expand web design services

What We Are Looking For:

• 2–5 years of professional web design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating live commercial projects
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles
• Good knowledge of HTML and CSS (JavaScript desirable)
• Experience with WordPress (essential)
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Commercial awareness and customer-focused mindset

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce)
• Basic SEO knowledge
• Branding and logo design experience
• Basic knowledge of hosting, domains, and website deployment
