Position: Senior Care & Support Worker

Salary: £13.31 per hour

Job Type: Permanent

Work location: Sheridan, Frimley GU16 7DU, Surrey, United Kingdom

Your Role Will Include:

  • Delivering personal care according to individual care plans
  • Supporting daily living tasks such as mealtimes, laundry, and housekeeping
  • Promoting inclusion, dignity, and independence for clients
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality
  • Upholding safeguarding, health & safety, and organisational policies
  • Participating in training, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
  • Communicating effectively with clients, colleagues, families, and professionals

What We Are Looking For:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Care (or willingness to complete)
  • 1+ years’ experience supporting adults with learning disabilities (preferred)
  • Full driving licence
  • Caring, empathetic, and non-judgemental attitude
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to remain calm, cheerful, and professional in challenging situations
  • Commitment to high standards and person-centred support
