Position: Pega Developer

Salary: £52,000 – £55,000 per year

Job Type: Full-time

Your Role Will Include:

• Developing and implementing Pega BPM applications
• Designing class structures, application frameworks, and data models
• Creating and maintaining reusable components, templates, and frameworks
• Leading Pega CLM/KYC implementations
• Integrating Pega applications with external systems using Pega tools
• Developing RESTful and secure web services
• Supporting testing, bug fixes, and technical triage
• Translating business requirements into technical specifications
• Creating design documents and reviewing technical specifications
• Participating in requirement-gathering sessions and providing technical input

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong experience as a Pega Developer with hands-on experience in Pega PRPC, BPM, and CRM platforms
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML
• Understanding of databases like Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL
• Knowledge of web services, REST, and API integrations
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Lead System Architect (v8 preferred)
• Strong knowledge of architecture principles, system integration, and performance optimisation
• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business analysts and cross-functional teams
