Your Role Will Include:

As a Customer Success Manager, you will:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise customers
  • Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and long-term success
  • Help customers achieve measurable business value from the platform
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders
  • Manage customer escalations and coordinate resolutions
  • Identify expansion and growth opportunities within accounts
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align customer needs
  • Track account health, usage, and adoption milestones

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Account Management, Support, Sales, or Services)
  • 2–3+ years managing enterprise-level accounts
  • Strong experience working with SaaS platforms
  • Understanding of data analytics, BI tools, or data warehousing
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus)
  • Knowledge of contact centre technologies (ACD, IVR, call routing, etc.)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote environment
