Your Role Will Include:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise customers
- Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and long-term success
- Help customers achieve measurable business value from the platform
- Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders
- Manage customer escalations and coordinate resolutions
- Identify expansion and growth opportunities within accounts
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align customer needs
- Track account health, usage, and adoption milestones
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Account Management, Support, Sales, or Services)
- 2–3+ years managing enterprise-level accounts
- Strong experience working with SaaS platforms
- Understanding of data analytics, BI tools, or data warehousing
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus)
- Knowledge of contact centre technologies (ACD, IVR, call routing, etc.)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote environment
