Your Role Will Include:

• Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams including researchers, designers, developers, QA, and analysts
• Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of A/B testing projects: idea → build → launch → analysis
• Building and maintaining a roadmap/backlog of 10–20 upcoming experiments for clients
• Being the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, keeping communication clear and proactive
• Identifying risks and solving blockers to ensure project delivery on time

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Prior project management experience in software or digital agencies is a plus, but not mandatory
• Comfortable with some overlap with EST working hours (New York)
