TerrAscend is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their remote support team. This position plays a critical frontline role in supporting retail customers and wholesale partners by resolving inquiries, processing orders, and delivering exceptional service experiences.

‎Your Role Will Include:
• Responding to inbound customer and partner inquiries via email and digital platforms
• Providing accurate information about products, promotions, and policies
• Assisting with order processing, refunds, exchanges, and issue resolution
• Educating customers on cannabis product types, usage, and cannabinoid profiles
• Maintaining accurate customer records within CRM systems
• Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Inventory, and Compliance teams
• Monitoring and supporting customer interactions across social media channels
• Contributing to service improvement initiatives and knowledge base updates
• Assisting in onboarding and training new team members when required

‎What We Are Looking For:
• High school diploma or GED (required)
• 3–5 years of customer service or call center experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using CRM platforms and digital support tools
• Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Professional and friendly customer approach
• Cannabis industry experience (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to pass a background check
