Position: Missing Support Worker
Salary: £31,022 – £33,699 per annumÂ

Your Role Will Include:
- Conducting missing return interviews with children and young people
- Assessing risk, vulnerability, and level of need
- Developing missing risk management plans to reduce repeat episodes
- Supporting families through tailored outreach and intervention packages
- Working within a multi-disciplinary framework
- Liaising with case workers and Missing Coordinators
- Signposting families to relevant support services
- Raising awareness through training sessions and seminars
What We Are Looking For:
- Qualification in social care/social sciences or NVQ Level 3 (Caring for Children & Young People) or equivalent
- Knowledge and experience of safeguarding policies and protocols
- Experience working with children, young people, and families
- Ability to assess risk and develop effective support strategies
- Strong communication and partnership-working skills
Successful candidates will be subject to a DBS check including the Children’s Barred List.
