Position: Care Assistant

Salary: £12.75 per hour

Job Type: Permanent

Work location: Southport

Your Role Will Include:

• Providing personal and practical care to residents
• Supporting residents’ emotional and social needs
• Working alongside other staff to maintain high standards of care
• Demonstrating compassion, empathy, and dignity in all interactions
• Following policies and procedures, including enhanced DBS requirements

What We Are Looking For:

• Caring and sensitive to the needs of older adults
• Self-motivated, resilient, and well-organised
• Dependable, flexible, and able to work under pressure
• Good communication skills
• Committed to service excellence and promoting dignity and respect
• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is desirable
