Position: Advanced Support Worker

Salary: £14 per hour

Job Type: Full-time (also part-time roles available)

Work location: Kingston upon Hull HU5 4NH

Your Role Will Include:

• Providing person-centred support to individuals with complex needs
• Helping individuals develop life skills at home and in the community
• Working in a team (2:1 support ratio) to deliver tailored support plans
• Administering medication and maintaining accurate support records
• Encouraging engagement in hobbies, interests, and meaningful activities
