Position: BMS Project Engineer

Salary: From £45,000 per year

Job Type: Permanent

Work Location: Sittingbourne, UK

Your Role Will Include:

• Delivering small/medium projects such as upgrades and optimisation works
• Performing PPM (planned preventative maintenance) and reactive maintenance
• Creating/modifying software strategies for BMS projects
• Leading small teams and collaborating with Project Managers
• Overseeing installation and commissioning works
• Planning, scheduling, and coordinating all relevant works
• Managing client relationships and site improvements
• Ensuring adherence to Health & Safety standards and RAMS
• Supporting business growth through skills development and knowledge sharing

What We Are Looking For:

• Experienced in maintenance of Building Management Systems
• Qualification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (HNC/ONC or equivalent)
• Substantial experience with Trend (IQ Vision), Tridium, or Cylon systems
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• UK driving licence & eligibility to work in the UK
• Purpose-driven, proactive, and adaptable mindset
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Resilient, positive, accountable, and collaborative
