This opportunity is ideal for nurses currently based in the UK who are looking to switch employers under Tier 2 (Skilled Worker) sponsorship. Your Role Will Include:
- Delivering high-quality nursing care aligned with individualised care plans
- Administering prescribed medications and treatments safely
- Monitoring and documenting vital signs accurately
- Conducting resident assessments and ongoing evaluations
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to implement holistic care plans
- Ensuring infection control standards are maintained
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Supporting and mentoring junior staff
What We Are Looking For:
- Active NMC registration with valid PIN
- Currently based in the UK
- Currently working as a Nurse in a UK Nursing Home
- Must be on a Health & Care Visa (Undefined CoS available only)
- Previous experience in care homes or similar settings
- Strong clinical knowledge and practical nursing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient-centred approach
- Eligible for Tier 2 sponsorship (switching employers only)
