Position: Clinical Pharmacist

Salary: £47,810 – £54,710 per annum

Job Type: Full-time

Work location: Bradford

Your Role Will Include:

  • Deliver a specialist mental health pharmacy service to clinical teams
  • Provide medicines optimisation across inpatient and community settings
  • Support safe prescribing, deprescribing, and risk reduction across care transitions
  • Actively participate in outpatient clinics and direct patient consultations
  • Liaise with other healthcare providers across interfaces of care
  • Participate in weekend, bank holiday, and on-call rotas

What We’re Looking For:

  • Registered pharmacist eligible to work in the UK
  • Passion for improving outcomes for patients with mental health needs
  • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organisational skills
  • Willingness to undertake further postgraduate training
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and patient-centred care
