Position: Hotel Sourcing Specialist

Salary: £19 – £21 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Work location: Remote (UK – London region)

Your Role Will Include:

• Source hotels and collect market data in key destinations for clients
• Manage RFP/RFI processes, negotiate rates, and track financial data
• Analyze market trends to secure optimal accommodation scenarios
• Prepare detailed destination presentations to meet client goals
• Coordinate hotel site inspections and manage crewmember feedback
• Maintain professional communication with suppliers and clients, ensuring service level agreements are met

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask under strict deadlines
• Tech-savvy with the ability to use APIs, Salesforce, Microsoft, and Adobe tools
• Proactive, independent, and culturally adaptable
