Salary: £26,240 – £27,928 per year

Your Role Will Include:

• Manage Pathology reception, welcoming visitors and patients, handling enquiries, and distributing results
• Respond to telephone enquiries and provide authorised information while maintaining confidentiality
• Receive, verify, and process pathology specimens and test results on the LIMS system
• Monitor laboratory equipment such as incubators, refrigerators, and freezers, reporting any issues
• Prepare, package, and dispatch samples to other laboratories according to clinical priority
• Maintain accurate records, filing of samples, worksheets, and results

• Ability to handle confidential information and comply with Data Protection regulations
• Competence in liaising with multiple teams, including biomedical scientists, medical staff, and transport services
