Your Role Will Include:
- Manage Pathology reception, welcoming visitors and patients, handling enquiries, and distributing results
- Respond to telephone enquiries and provide authorised information while maintaining confidentiality
- Receive, verify, and process pathology specimens and test results on the LIMS system
- Monitor laboratory equipment such as incubators, refrigerators, and freezers, reporting any issues
- Prepare, package, and dispatch samples to other laboratories according to clinical priority
- Maintain accurate records, filing of samples, worksheets, and results

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information and comply with Data Protection regulations
- Competence in liaising with multiple teams, including biomedical scientists, medical staff, and transport services
