Your Role Will Include:
- Deliver Part 147 theoretical and practical training to engineering staff
- Ensure compliance with EASA and UK CAA instructor requirements
- Provide specialised aircraft type training (B737NG / B737 MAX)
- Develop, review, and improve training materials and course content
- Create lesson plans, instructional materials, and training aids
- Maintain and enhance training centres and learning environments
- Deliver training in a practical, engaging, and hands-on manner
- Ensure ongoing compliance with aviation regulations and procedures
- Communicate clearly with diverse teams across different nationalities
What We’re Looking For:
- UK/EASA Part 66 Licence or Aerospace Engineering degree or proven aircraft technical training experience
- Part 147 Type Certificates on B737NG / B737 MAX
- Experience in aircraft engineering with hands-on aircraft work
- Instructional experience in a Part 147 environment (preferred)
- Strong understanding of EASA regulations and compliance procedures
- Excellent organisational, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Office 365
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused mindset
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure
- Open-minded, positive, and eager to learn and share new ideas
