Position: Support Worker – Learning Disabilities
Salary: £12.30 per hour

Your Role Will Include:
As a Support Worker, you will:
- Support adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, brain injuries, and mental health needs
- Provide personal and intimate care with dignity and respect
- Support individuals with non-verbal or complex communication needs
- Promote independence, choice, and community participation
- Assist with medication in line with care plans and training
- Maintain accurate daily records and documentation
- Work flexibly across different services, including days, nights, and sleep-in shifts
What We’re Looking For:
- Ideally at least 1 year of experience in a care or support role
- Comfortable providing personal care
- Flexible and reliable, able to work varied shifts
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to a vehicle with business insurance
- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS check and join the DBS Update Service
