Position: Support Worker

Salary: £12.34 per hour

Job Type: Permanent, Part-Tim

Work location: Mansfield, UK

Your Role Will Include:

• Support adults with learning disabilities in their daily lives
• Assist with personal care, household tasks, and community engagement
• Promote independence, confidence, and social inclusion
• Build meaningful relationships and provide emotional support
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate records

What We’re Looking For:

• Compassion, patience, and empathy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
• Ability to drive (required)
• Enhanced DBS check and suitable references
