Position: Customer Service Representative – Clinical

Salary: $15 per hour

Your Role Will Include:

• Answer incoming calls from healthcare providers, health plan representatives, and members
• Provide accurate information about benefits, programs, and services
• Document call details accurately in internal systems
• Forward complex issues to the appropriate department
• Meet performance expectations for call handling and quality standards
• Participate in team meetings and maintain professional communication

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of customer service experience (inbound call experience preferred)
• Strong verbal communication and basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems during calls
• Organized, detail-oriented, and professional in all interactions
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
