Position: Part‑Time Support Worker

Salary: £23,810 per year pro‑rata

Job Type: Part‑Time, Permanent

Work location: Wigan, United Kingdom

Your Role Will Include:

As a Support Worker, you will:

• Assist individuals with daily life tasks, personal care, and medication as needed
• Build trusting and supportive relationships
• Support community inclusion through activities, hobbies, and social events
• Follow personalised care plans to help people achieve their goals
• Work flexibly across weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays

What We’re Looking For:

• Empathy, patience, and a genuine caring nature
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to adapt to individual needs and routines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A valid UK driving licence is preferred
• Previous care experience is helpful but not required — training provided
