Salary: £30,546 – £32,207 per year

Your Role Will Include:
- Act as a Key Person, building strong relationships with children and families
- Deliver high-quality childcare experiences and maintain excellent nursery standards
- Observe, support, and extend children’s learning and development
- Plan and implement activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Contribute to daily and weekly planning for children aged 0–5
- Work collaboratively within a diverse and inclusive nursery team
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
- Level 3 Childcare & Education qualification (NVQ, BTEC, or equivalent approved by Ofsted)
- Significant experience working in a nursery setting (3 months – 5 years)
- Strong understanding of EYFS and Development Matters
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to inclusive practice and diversity
Desirable:
- Paediatric First Aid qualification
