FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Petranova Care Ltd is recruiting a Female Domiciliary Care Assistant to support a part-shared live-in care arrangement in Northampton. This role is available to female applicants only due to specific service user requirements and is suited to a compassionate, reliable, and professional care worker committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support.
The successful candidate will hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle, which is essential for community-based care delivery. Strong communication skills are required to support effective engagement with service users and colleagues. Previous experience in domiciliary or live-in care is preferred; however, full training can be provided for candidates who demonstrate the right values and a genuine commitment to care.

Petranova Care is looking for a compassionate and reliable Female Care Assistant (Driver Essential) to join our team in a part-shared role combining domiciliary care and live-in care.
This role involves providing community-based domiciliary care, alongside covering 1–2 weeks at a time as a live-in care reliever.
About the Role:
- Providing high-quality personal care and support in clients’ homes
- Assisting with medication, meal preparation, and daily living tasks
- Supporting clients to maintain independence and dignity
- Completing care documentation accurately
- Covering 1–2 weeks at a time as a live-in care reliever when required
Requirements:
- Female driver with access to a vehicle
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional
- Good communication skills
- Previous care experience preferred (training can be provided)
- Right to work in the UK (Sponsorship available for the right candidate)
