Salary: £37,000 – £40,063.40 per year

Your Role Will Include:

• Welcome and serve guests with professionalism and warmth
• ‎Take and process customer orders accurately
• ‎Deliver food and beverages promptly to quality standards
• ‎Recommend menu items and upsell where appropriate
• ‎Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and table setup
• ‎Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health regulations are followed
• ‎Work closely with kitchen and service teams
• ‎Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• ‎Process payments accurately using POS systems
• ‎Support team members during busy service periods

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous hospitality or restaurant experience (preferred, not essential)
• ‎Strong time management and organisational skills
• ‎Excellent communication and customer service attitude
• ‎Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene
• ‎Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• ‎Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
