Position: Care Assistant
Salary: £13.50 – £14.50 per hour
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent

Your Role Will Include:
- Support service users transitioning from hospital to home
- ‎Provide high-quality care in clients’ homes based on personalised care plans
- ‎Assist with personal care, medication, vital signs, exercise, and domestic tasks
- ‎Liaise with healthcare professionals (district nurses, pharmacies, etc.)
- ‎Promote independence, rehabilitation, and improved quality of life
What We’re Looking For:
- Full UK driving licence & access to own vehicle
- ‎Home care experience (required)
- ‎Care Certificate (preferred)
- ‎Good written and spoken English
- ‎GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
- ‎IT proficiency for care documentation
- ‎Compassionate, reliable, and client-focused mindset
