Your Role Will Include:
As an Apprentice Business Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and reception support within the Sedgemoor Neighbourhood Integrated Administration Team. Your duties include:
- ‎Working across three hubs between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM (7.5-hour shifts, including some weekends/out-of-hours)
- ‎Handling filing, emails, phone calls, and appointment bookings
- ‎Maintaining systems, databases, and documents
- ‎Supporting managers, staff, and service users while upholding Trust values
- ‎Assisting with referrals, liaising with patients and families, and using systems such as ICE and RiO
- ‎Ensuring confidentiality, health & safety compliance, and accurate communication at all times
- ‎Contributing to smooth coordination of all administrative functions
