Your Role Will Include:

As an Apprentice Business Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and reception support within the Sedgemoor Neighbourhood Integrated Administration Team. Your duties include:

  • ‎Working across three hubs between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM (7.5-hour shifts, including some weekends/out-of-hours)
  • ‎Handling filing, emails, phone calls, and appointment bookings
  • ‎Maintaining systems, databases, and documents
  • ‎Supporting managers, staff, and service users while upholding Trust values
  • ‎Assisting with referrals, liaising with patients and families, and using systems such as ICE and RiO
  • ‎Ensuring confidentiality, health & safety compliance, and accurate communication at all times
  • ‎Contributing to smooth coordination of all administrative functions

Have been ordinarily resident in the UK and Islands for at least the previous 3 years before the start date.

Hold permission to live in the UK (not for education purposes only).

Have pre-settled or settled status under EUSS (if applicable).

Ensure visa duration covers the full apprenticeship (minimum 2 years).
