Your Role Will Include:
As a Graduate Trainee – Digital (Data Analysis), you will:
- ‎Gain practical, end-to-end experience in data extraction, engineering, analysis, and insight delivery
- ‎Support the development, maintenance, and improvement of digital systems and tools‎
- ‎Analyse corporate data to inform decision-making and policy development
- ‎Work with IT and digital professionals to develop solutions that enhance service delivery
- ‎Support cyber security initiatives and digital infrastructure protection
- ‎Participate in project management, requirements gathering, and progress reporting
- ‎Keep up to date with digital trends to improve council services
- ‎Contribute to digital strategies, frameworks, and innovation
- ‎Engage in training, networking, and mentorship activities
- ‎Support apprentices and junior staff as your skills grow‎
- ‎This role is designed to build your technical capability, leadership mindset, and real-world impact on public services.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications:
- ‎Minimum 5 GCSEs (grades 9–4 / A*–C) including English and Maths
- ‎Degree or equivalent (Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Cyber, AI, etc. desirable)‎
