Your Role Will Include:
As a Clinical Support Worker in the Emergency Department, you will:
- ‎Perform essential clinical tasks such as cannulation, ECGs, and catheterisation.
- ‎Deliver compassionate support and comfort to patients during their emergency care journey.
- ‎Work closely with Registered Nurses, learning from their expertise and contributing to team delivery.
- ‎Demonstrate leadership through effective completion of assigned duties.
- ‎Uphold the Trust’s CARE values, acting as a role model for others.
