Your Role Will Include:

As a Call Center Specialist, you will:

  • ‎Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service to patients and internal staff
  • ‎Take ownership of each call to enhance patient experience
  • ‎Schedule appointments and manage electronic message routing to clinical teams
  • ‎Respond to medication refill questions and general inquiries
  • ‎Demonstrate accuracy in data entry and understanding of insurance billing
  • ‎Maintain confidentiality and uphold top-tier service standards
  • ‎Continuously build your job-specific competencies
  • ‎Perform additional duties as assigned
  • ‎Work scheduled hours in Eastern Standard Time

What We’re Looking For:

Required:

    • ‎Bilingual (English & Spanish)
    • ‎Associate’s Degree OR Medical Assistant Certification + 1 year experience
    • ‎Call Center or high-volume phone system experience
    • ‎Electronic appointment scheduling experience
    • ‎Strong customer service background
    • ‎Excellent verbal communication
    • ‎Ability to multitask
    • ‎Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
    • ‎Must live and work in the U.S. (territories excluded)
    • ‎Access to reliable, high-speed internet
