Salary: £25,694 – £27,900

Your Role Will Include:
As the Receptionist/Clerical Assistant, you will:
- ‎Deliver high-quality administrative support to the Service
- ‎Perform professional and confidential clerical duties
- ‎Communicate effectively with staff, visitors, and service users
- ‎Work independently, using initiative to manage daily tasks
- ‎Collaborate closely within a team environment
- ‎Prioritise workload to meet deadlines
- ‎Provide flexible support across multiple locations
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ‎Strong keyboard proficiency and IT skills
- ‎Ability to work independently and within a team
- ‎Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities
- ‎Standard Grade English or equivalent relevant office experience
- ‎Flexibility to work in different service locations
- ‎Applicants who provide authentic, personal responses without using AI tools for application answers
