Salary: $18.00 – $22.00 Per Hour

Your Role Will Include:
- ‎Answer incoming customer calls and provide information on products and services‎
- ‎Resolve customer concerns with accuracy, empathy, and professionalism
- ‎Use active listening to clarify issues and diffuse tense situations
- ‎Build trust-based relationships withcustomers and team members‎
- ‎Utilize software, scripts, and databases to support your work
- ‎Meet or exceed call center performance metrics
- ‎Recommend suitable products or services
- ‎Participate in ongoing training and development
- ‎Follow all company policies and procedures
- ‎Perform additional duties as required
What We’re Looking For:
- ‎High school diploma or GED
- ‎Minimum 1 year experience in a call center or fast-paced environment
- ‎Strong customer-focused approach
- ‎Excellent active listening and verbal/written communication skills
- ‎A professional and confident phone presence
- ‎Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- ‎Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
- ‎Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult conversations
- ‎Effective time-management and decision-making skills
- ‎Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)
