Your Role Will Include:

As a Virtual Personal Assistant, your mission is to lighten the load for clients—ensuring they can focus on core business priorities. Your responsibilities may include:

  • ‎Diary & email management
  • ‎Meetings and business administration‎
  • ‎Lifestyle management
  • ‎Marketing support‎
  • ‎General office coordination‎
  • ‎Managing multiple clients with different needs and industries
  • ‎You will act as an ambassador for Designated, delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong, professional client relationships.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • ‎Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant (corporate or HNWI environment)
  • ‎Highly adaptable, intelligent, and resourceful
  • ‎Strong integrity, reliability, and sense of urgency
  • ‎Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • ‎Technically confident with quick learning ability
  • ‎Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • ‎Able to work independently in a remote setting
  • ‎Strong business acumen and proactive mindset
