Wellbeing Pharmacy is seeking a clinically confident and community-driven Pharmacist Manager to lead its thriving village branch in Chiddingfold Green, Surrey. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week role offering up to £53,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The role combines clinical leadership, operational management, and service development. You will oversee NHS and private clinical services, ensure safe dispensing practices, manage governance standards, and drive business growth within a supportive independent pharmacy group.

Immediate start is available. The role includes alternate Saturday cover (9:00am–1:00pm) on a rota basis.

Your Role Will Include:

Clinical Services

Deliver NHS services such as Pharmacy First/minor illness, contraception, BP checks, and vaccinations

Provide private services including travel health, weight management, skin/ENT clinics, and PGD services

Ensure accurate documentation and compliant NHS claims

Service Growth

  • Increase uptake of clinical services
  • Train and coach pharmacy counter staff
  • Lead community outreach and recall campaigns
  • Build patient trust and rapport

Dispensing & Governance

  • Clinically assess prescriptions and perform final accuracy checks
  • Counsel patients effectively
  • Maintain compliant and complete records
  • Ensure GPhC compliance and controlled drug governance
  • Maintain GDPR and safeguarding standards

Operations & Management

  • Oversee stock control, cold chain integrity, and expiry management
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure SOP compliance
  • Manage infection control, COSHH, and fire safety requirements
  • Supervise workflow and develop team performance

What We Are Looking For:

  • GPhC-registered Pharmacist (England) or EEA equivalent
  • Eligible to practise in England under GPhC standards
  • Strong leadership and patient care skills
  • Clinically confident and service-focused
  • Community-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to commute or relocate to Godalming GU8 4TU
