Position: Business Information Architect (KTP Associate)
Salary: £35,000 – £39,000 per year

Your Role Will Include:
- Project manage the KTP work plan with support from academic and company supervisors
- Establish strategic alignment, governance, and organisational digital readiness
- Build AI/ML-based cloud data architecture and an Intelligence Engine
- Develop AI models, simulations, and visualisations to support decision-making
- Embed AI interventions into organisational routines for sustainable digital transformation
- Deliver commercialisation of the Digital Mindfulness Toolkit, including staff training and piloting
- Co-author and present academic papers
- Contribute to KTP evaluation and final reporting
- Ensure adherence to Health & Safety, GDPR, and equality and diversity standards
- Any other duties commensurate with the role
What We Are Looking For:
Essential:
- Master’s in Information Systems, Data/Business Analytics, Computer Science, HCI, or related field
- Bachelor’s in Business Intelligence, Information Systems, or related discipline
- Expertise in cloud data architecture (Azure preferred), data lakes/warehouses, ETL pipelines
- Process mapping skills (BPMN/Swimlanes), SOP governance
- Power BI expertise including DAX
- Understanding of AI/ML and NLP concepts
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-specialists
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaborative skills
Desirable:
- PhD in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related field
- Experience leading organisational change initiatives (e.g., ADKAR, APMG)
- Process mining experience with Microsoft 365/Power Automate
- Hands-on AI/ML experience (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) or cloud AI (Azure AI, AWS SageMaker)
- Experience designing predictive analytics models and simulation tools
- Knowledge of ethical AI and human-in-the-loop frameworks
- Workshop facilitation and technical report-writing skills
