Position: Family Support Worker
Salary: £26,780 – £29,974 per year

Your Role Will Include:
- Managing a caseload and delivering planned, integrated interventions for families
- Providing practical, emotional, and motivational support to children and families
- Working directly with families in the Family Centre, community settings, and their homes
- Using evidence-based methods including motivational interviewing, solution-focused approaches, and accredited parenting programmes
- Planning, delivering, and evaluating targeted services within Family Centres and community venues
- Recording observations and reports accurately on electronic systems
- Responding proactively to complex family situations and challenging behaviours
- Collaborating with other agencies to ensure coordinated support
What We Are Looking For:
- Level 3 qualification in a relevant field or equivalent recent work experience
- Professional experience working with families and children
- Knowledge of Surrey Safeguarding Procedures and levels of need
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
- Passion for supporting children, young people, and vulnerable families
- Willingness to undergo Enhanced DBS checks and reference verification
