Salary: £25,001 – £26,474 per year

Your Role Will Include:
- Supporting individuals impacted by homelessness, addiction, mental health challenges, and trauma
- Delivering person-centred, trauma-informed care
- Assisting individuals to secure and sustain safe housing
- Supporting safer substance use and recovery pathways
- Providing emotional and practical support
- Building trusting, respectful relationships with service users
- Maintaining detailed records using NetSuite and digital systems
- Working flexible shifts including day, late, night, and sleepover shifts
- Responding calmly to incidents and safeguarding concerns
- Collaborating with local authorities, health services, and partner agencies
- Promoting digital inclusion using GSuite, Chromebook, and smartphone tools
- Supporting individuals to access benefits, advocacy services, and wellbeing resources
What We Are Looking For:
Essential:
- SVQ Level 3 in Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
- Registered with SSSC (Scottish Social Services Council)
- Experience supporting people affected by homelessness, trauma, addiction, or mental health challenges
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Ability to manage conflict calmly and professionally
- Experience using digital systems
- Understanding of ethical boundaries and safeguarding responsibilities
- Flexible approach to 24-hour rota working
Desirable:
- Trauma-informed practice training
- ASIST, MHFA, or SafeTalk certification
- Naloxone training
- Mental health or addictions qualifications
- Multi-agency working experience
- De-escalation skills
Experience with GSuite systems
