Salary: £28,000 – £29,500 per year

Your Role Will Include:

• Managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service
• Supervising and motivating team members to deliver outstanding dining experiences
• Overseeing food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality standards
• Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and maintaining high hygiene standards
• Coordinating with kitchen staff on menu planning and special dietary requirements
• Handling customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Monitoring financial performance, including sales targets, cost control, and budgeting
• Organising staff training programmes for service excellence and culinary skills
• Maintaining a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our brand values

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment
• Strong team management and leadership capabilities
• Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and safety standards
• Familiarity with kitchen operations and hospitality best practices
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
• Good communication skills for liaising with staff, suppliers, and customers
• Barista or serving experience is advantageous
• Previous hotel or culinary experience is desirable
