Salary: £28,142 – £29,540 per annum

Your Role Will Include:
- Monitoring and managing generic mailboxes
- Actioning tasks and prioritising referrals
- Preparing documents using Microsoft Word
- Updating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
- Creating and uploading records to Liquid Logic (training provided)
- Working collaboratively with partner agencies
- Producing accurate reports to support safeguarding decisions
- Handling sensitive information with professionalism and care
What We Are Looking For:
- A proactive, well-organised individual
- Strong administrative skills in a busy environment
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Confidence working with sensitive information
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Resilience to manage emotionally challenging content
- Fluent spoken and written English
