Position: Business Support Officer

Salary: £28,142 – £29,540 per annum

Job Type: Permanent 

Work location: Gloucester (Hybrid)

Your Role Will Include:

  • Monitoring and managing generic mailboxes
  • Actioning tasks and prioritising referrals
  • Preparing documents using Microsoft Word
  • Updating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
  • Creating and uploading records to Liquid Logic (training provided)
  • Working collaboratively with partner agencies
  • Producing accurate reports to support safeguarding decisions
  • Handling sensitive information with professionalism and care

What We Are Looking For:

  • A proactive, well-organised individual
  • Strong administrative skills in a busy environment
  • Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
  • Confidence working with sensitive information
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Resilience to manage emotionally challenging content
  • Fluent spoken and written English
