Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? Field Lane Foundation is seeking dedicated Senior Care & Support Workers to join our supported living project in Frimley, Surrey. This project provides accommodation and care for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
As a Senior Care & Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in supporting clients with complex needs, helping them live fulfilling, independent, and dignified lives.

Your Role Will Include:
- Delivering person-centred care aligned with individual care plans
- Supporting clients with daily living tasks (mealtimes, laundry, housekeeping, personal care)
- Promoting inclusion, dignity, and independence
- Communicating effectively with clients, colleagues, families, and professionals
- Maintaining accurate records and confidentiality
- Upholding safeguarding, health & safety, and organisational policies
- Participating in training, team meetings, and ongoing development
What We Are Looking For:
- NVQ Level 2 in Care (or willingness to complete)
- Ideally, 1+ years’ experience supporting adults with learning disabilities
- Driving ability
- Caring, empathetic, and non-judgemental attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to remain calm, cheerful, and professional in challenging situations
- Commitment to high standards and person-centred support
