Your Role Will Include:
- Leading and mentoring a nursing team
- Planning and monitoring clinical care and rotas
- Ensuring compliance with care standards and regulations
- Maintaining accurate clinical and care records
- Liaising with regulators and social services as required
What We Are Looking For:
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with active UK NMC registration
- Experience in person-centred care planning
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills
- Knowledge of clinical practice standards and UK care regulations
