Position: Female Support Worker

Salary: £13 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

Work location: Theale, Berkshire (RG7)

Your Role Will Include:

  • Supporting two ladies with learning disabilities in their own home
  • Assisting with daily routines and helping them achieve personal goals
  • Supporting activities such as cooking, arts & crafts, eating out, socialising, and community outings
  • Driving the individuals’ vehicle (full UK driving licence required)
  • Promoting independence, dignity, and choice
  • Building trust and meaningful connections

What We Are Looking For:

  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Kind, energetic, and compassionate individual
  • Willingness to support people with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs
  • Ability to work as part of a dedicated and mindful team
  • Commitment to making a positive difference every day
