Withington Medical Practice is a friendly, supportive GP practice in Manchester, delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient population of approximately 5,500 patients. We are a training practice and part of an active Primary Care Network (PCN), with a strong focus on collaborative working, professional development, and continuous improvement.

Position: ARRS Salaried General Practitioner 

Salary: £10,500 per session

Job Type: Permanent, Part-time

Work location: Manchester, UK

Your Role Will Include:

• Conducting in-person and telephone consultations
• Home visits and duty clinic rotations
• Prescription checking and signing
• Clinical administration and paperwork
• Chronic disease management
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Supervising ARRS staff and assisting medical student training

What We Are Looking For:

Essential:

• GMC-registered GP on the Performers List
• Recent UK GP experience (within 2 years of GP training completion)
• Enhanced DBS clearance
• Ability to work with a diverse patient population

Desirable:

• Experience with elderly/frailty medicine
• Knowledge of EMIS Web system
• Leadership, education, or quality improvement experience
