Position: Home Care Assistant

Salary: £13.10 per hour

Job Type: Permanent | Full-time | Part-time

Your Role Will Include:

• Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and mobility
• Support and follow personalised care plans
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with light household duties (cleaning, laundry, meal prep)
• Monitor client wellbeing and report concerns promptly
• Drive clients to appointments and social activities when required
• Maintain accurate care records
• Adhere to health, safety, and infection control standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable individuals
• Valid driving licence and safe driving experience
• Previous experience in home care or care homes
• Good understanding of care plans
• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Basic IT skills for record keeping
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Organised, attentive, and dependable
