Position: Health Care AssistantÂ
Salary: £25,000 – £26,000 per year

Your Role Will Include:
- Assisting clients with daily activities such as hygiene, dressing, and mobility
- Implementing individualized care plans tailored to each client
- Communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Supervising and guiding junior staff members
- Documenting all care activities accurately according to regulatory standards
- Supporting clients during community outings or activities
- Participating in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience in senior care or domiciliary care (1+ year preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
- Leadership qualities with experience supervising others
- Ability to create and implement care plans
- Compassionate and dedicated approach to caregiving
- Basic IT skills for record-keeping and documentation
